Description

Through the HCC Eagle Promise Program, qualifying students' tuition, fees, and a book allowance of up to $500 are covered each semester. Applicants must be a Spring 2022 high school graduate and must be a Texas resident who resides in an HCC taxing district. They must also be able to start semester credit hour classes in the Fall semester after high school graduation and be willing to enroll with no less than 9 semester hours per term (as of OE date), no minimum for summer.
