Scholarships are awarded to students who display high academic performance, extracurricular involvement, leadership experience, interest in international travel and cultural studies. To be eligible for an education abroad scholarship, the Education Abroad Program Application must be completed by the semester scholarship application deadline. Program enrollment will be verified through the Education Abroad Programs Office. Students may be required to be enrolled full time during the semester of their study abroad program in order to remain eligible for their Education Abroad Scholarship. The following are the important dates that applicants must remember: Fall Scholarships, Opens: February 15, Deadline: March 15. Spring/Winter Scholarships, Opens: September 10, Deadline: October 12. Summer Scholarships, Opens: October 15, Deadline: February 1.
