Description

This scholarship, established by Hendrickson International, honors the late Edward D. Hendrickson, a pioneer in the commercial vehicle industry. Applicants must be pursuing an engineering or related science degree through an ABET accredited program. Special consideration will be given to those who plan to pursue a career in the Commercial Vehicle Industry (ie: studying areas such as electric & autonomous vehicles, connectivity & data, predictive maintenance, improved fuel efficiencies, and on-highway emissions standards for heavy-duty vehicles). Students may receive this scholarship for up to two years but must reapply each year. US residency is required.
