Description

The Edward T. and Mary A. Conroy Memorial Scholarship Program (Conroy) provides for Maryland state tuition waivers intended to cover the mandatory tuition and fees. Applicants and their parents (if dependent) must be residents of the state of Maryland, with the exception of children of State or local public safety employees who died in the line of duty, at the time of the application.
