Description

The Elaine B. Hancock Endowed Scholarship is open to African-American students at UNCF member institutions and/or Howard University. Applicants must be full-time juniors or seniors with 3.0 GPA. Up to $5,000 depending on the financial need of the student.

Eligibility Requirements
