The Elmhurst University Star Scholarship is available to transfer students or students in Degree Completion Programs with membership in the Star Scholars Program at one of the City Colleges of Chicago. Students must identify their Star Scholars membership on their application for admission. Students having less than 12 hours of transferable credit must submit their ACT or SAT scores. With Elmhurst University being test-optional, students may opt to submit an essay in place of the test scores. Elmhurst University operates on a rolling admission basis for transfer students, but recommends applying by July 15 for the Fall term and January 15 for the Spring term.
