The Elsie Brandon Quasi-Endowed Fund is available to an incoming freshman, incoming transfer, or current MTSU student for the upcoming Summer or Fall semester, and must be in good standing with the University. Preference is given to students nearing graduation. Students may visit the scholarship's website or contact the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships for more information.
