This scholarship was established to assist students who have a permanent residence in Upstate, South Carolina (Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson , Mauldin , Easley) and who are pursuing a technical certification (i.e. Computer Technology, PC Programming, and Networking) at specific technical colleges in Upstate South Carolina.
