FCCLA Texas Farm Bureau Scholarship

Description

Family, Career and Community Leaders of America awards one scholarship to a member who has been a Region or State FCCLA Officer in addition to meeting the scholarship eligibility requirements. This scholarship is awarded at the beginning of the recipientÔÇÖs college career. To be eligible a student must be a 2022 graduate of a Texas high school, have an overall high school grade average of 85, be a Texas Region or State Officer, and major in any area of family and consumer sciences. Applicants must include test scores of American College Testing (ACT) and/or Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT); two letters of recommendation; and two copies of an autobiography in their application. To be awarded the Texas Farm Bureau scholarship, the winner of the must attend the Texas FCCLA State Leadership Conference in April 2022 held in Dallas, Texas. In the event the winner does not attend, the scholarship will be awarded to an alternate winner.
