Description

The Forester Flagship Program provides qualified in-state first-year and transfer students with 100 percent of the College's tuition covered in grants and scholarships. Applicants must be eligible for both the Federal Pell Grant and the Illinois MAP Grant. They must be Illinois residents (parents listed on the FAFSA are also Illinois residents) and they must also live on campus. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
