Description

The Frances S. Watanabe Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in 1991 in memory of Frances Watanabe, a long time and much loved employee of Dillingham Federal Credit Union. Franny was committed to the maxim of the credit union of people helping people. Preference is for recipients who were awarded in the immediate prior year. The donor requires applicants to be a current member of Hawaii-USA Federal Credit Union. Preference will also be given to applicants who enroll in a vocational education program.
