The Francis X. Cahill Endowed Scholarship, established in 1997 by Francis X. Cahill, a 1952 SUNY New Paltz graduate, will be awarded to a worthy graduate of Kingston High School newly admitted to SUNY New Paltz. Candidates from other Ulster County high schools are also considered.
