Description

The Frank & Elaine Pagliaro Scholarship is available to students with demonstrated need, not receiving any other scholarships, and is not available to replace educational funds from the student's employer. Preference to be given to full-time students, or not less than half-time students, who are currently employed. Student needs to be working toward a degree or certification and be committed to their chosen field of study. Letters of personal recommendation are encouraged and a plus for the applicant.
