Description

The Frank Harrowing Scholarship is available to students who graduated from one of the following high schools: Channelview, Galena Park, C.E. King, or North Shore. Applicants must be enrolled at North Campus for twelve (12) hours. They must be majoring in Social Science or Pre-law. Students may visit the scholarship's website or contact the Financial Aid Office for more information.
