The scholar will develop research projects within one or more of the disciplines described, according to their expertise. They can also teach graduate students. Teaching activities should not exceed three hours per week. Final grant amounts will be determined prior to the start of the academic year and are subject to the availability of funds. The United States Department of State and the Fulbright Commission in the host country reserve the right to alter, without notice, participating countries, number of awards and allowances. Preference for tenured faculty, Ph.D. (or other terminal degree) required. A letter of invitation should not be sought. Applications are sought in all disciplines.
