Description

The G. Russell Morgan Scholarship is open to graduates of high schools in Hillsboro, Oregon. Applicants must be planning to study law, be admitted to the Oregon State Bar, and practice law in Oregon. U.S. Bank employees, their children, and near relatives are not eligible. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
