Description

The George A. Russill Community Fund is open to students who will enroll for the fall term or semester as a sophomore at a community college or as a junior or senior at a four-year institution. Applicants must major in City/Urban, Community, Regional Planning, Urban Education and Leadership, Community Organization and Advocacy, Public Administration, Public Policy Analysis, Political Science and Government, Urban Studies/Affairs, Legal Studies (undergraduate), or Public/Applied History. The scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC. Eligibility Requirements
