George A. Russill Community Fund

Description

The George A. Russill Community Fund Scholarship is for students who will enroll in the fall as sophomores at a community college or as juniors or seniors at a four-year institution. Eligible majors include city/urban, community, or regional planning; urban education and leadership; community organization and advocacy; public administration; public policy analysis; political science and government; urban studies/affairs; legal studies (undergraduate); or public/applied history. Students must attend a Title IV eligible 2- or 4-year public or private nonprofit postsecondary school in Oregon. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
