The George H. Hitchings New Investigator Award in Health Research will support pre-doctoral research in the health sciences annually to students working toward a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine at North Carolina State University. The award will provide flexible support for young researchers currently in their second year of graduate school. Students who expect to follow a career path in academic teaching and research are encouraged to apply.
