The Geraldine Whitmer Miller ('61) Eyes Open to the World" Scholarship Endowment for the College of Education is available to students enrolled in the College of Education at James Madison University to aid in their participation in a study abroad program (sanctioned by the university?óÔé¼Ôäós Center for Global Engagement (formerly the Office of International Programs)). This scholarship will be awarded to students preparing for careers as educators within the Middle and Secondary Education program, with a preference given to students seeking to teach geography, social studies, or history. The selection of Geraldine Whitmer Miller Scholars shall be made at the discretion of the Dean for the College of Education.
