Three categories of the Golden Valley Lodge, #616 Scholarship may be awarded each year: (1) $4,000 maximum may be awarded to a full-time undergraduate student enrolled in a four-year university; (2) $3,000 maximum may be awarded to a full-time junior college student, vocational student, or graduate student; (3) $1,000 maximum may be awarded to a part-time student, regardless of category. Subject to limitations, student recipients may apply for scholarships in subsequent years. Student applicants must have been Golden Valley Lodge No. 616 members for at least twelve months before the award announcement. Recipients are not age limited. Applicants must provide one recommendation letter from a current GV Lodge board member. They must disclose other VASA scholarship applications for the 2026-2027 school year.
