The Hale Kauai Scholarship in Memory of William Moragne was established in 2015 to benefit Kauai residents who are pursuing a degree in agriculture or engineering. Preference is for recipients who were awarded in the immediate prior year. Applicants must be students attending a 2- or 4-year college or university in Hawaii or the mainland USA.
