The Hall (Grady Henry & Elbie McDaniel) Endowed Scholarship intends to assist students graduating from Ringgold High School. First preference for students graduating from Ringgold High School. Second preference for students from Bienville Parish. Recipients must be incoming freshmen and must not have an ACT composite score of more than 22.
