The Herman Sr. and Efifania "Fanny" Libarios Memorial Scholarship was created in 2021 to provide financial assistance to students from Kona seeking a higher education. Applicants must be students who demonstrate financial need and be in good academic standing. Preference will be given to students who are residents of Kona, Hawaii.
