The Herman Sr. and Efifania Fanny" Libarios Memorial Scholarship was created in 2021 to provide financial assistance to students from Kona, Hawaii seeking a higher education. The HCF requires applicants to be in good academic standing. Preference will be given to a resident of Kona, Hawaii.
