The Hispanic Professionals Association of Tyler Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors or current college students attending or will attend any college in the United States and will major in any field of study. Applicants must submit two letters of reference. One must be from a teacher that can speak to the applicant's character or behavior in the classroom.
