Description

The Horatio Alger Warren Webster Technical Scholarship will be awarded to students who have completed high school (or equivalency) by July 1 and plan to attend one of the following institutions: Apollo Career Center, Edison State Community College, Hobart Institute of Welding, Rhodes State College, or University of Northwestern Ohio. Students must enroll in an associate's degree, certificate, or diploma program by September that will lead to employment in one of the following fields: Business administration; Construction trades; Engineering; Graphic design; Manufacturing, Production, or Welding; and/or Sales or Marketing. Applicants may not be enrolled in pre-requisite courses. They must also demonstrate a household income of $100,000 or less. Students must first fill out the Eligibility Quiz to determine their eligibility for a scholarship. If eligible, they will receive the application link.
