Description

The Hubert Hub" McGlothin Scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior from either Winona High School in Smith County, Texas, or Cross Roads High School in Henderson County, Texas. Students may attend any college in the United States School Status and major in any field of study. Applicants must submit two letters of reference. One must be from a teacher that can speak to the applicant's character or behavior in the classroom.
