One $1500 scholarship for an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in the science of food focusing on any aspect of food process engineering. Minimum 3.0 GPA. Will submit a recommendation letter from a research mentor who is a member of the Food Engineering Division of IFT stating that the mentor will supervise the student to do research in their lab.
