The Illinois Farm Bureau Presidential Memorial Scholarship honors the past Presidents who shaped and influenced the Illinois Farm Bureau through their leadership. Applicants must be an Illinois Farm Bureau member, spouse or child of a member. They must be majoring in a field that directly supports the agricultural industry. Proven leadership demonstrated by offices held in clubs/organizations and emphasis placed on Internship/Work Experience is required. The IAA Foundation enhances the future of agriculture by offering college scholarships to Illinois farm families, Illinois Farm Bureau members, spouses, and their children who major in agriculture-related courses of study. The IAA Foundation is pleased to administer scholarships on behalf of families and agriculture partners who wish to support students and help assure a well-qualified, professional agricultural workforce in Illinois. Applicants may be previous recipients of an IAA Foundation scholarship. In addition to individual scholarship eligibility guidelines, selection of recipients is based on activities and involvement, financial plan, essay response, personal statements and in some cases, academic performance.
