Description

The Indiana State University Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship is open to students who have earned their Associates degree by time of enrollment at STATE and have proof of PTK membership on file with the Office of Admissions. Applicants must have at least 60 transferrable credit hours. Recipients must be entering ISU in the Fall semester.
