The Instant Checkmate's Law and Legal Studies Scholarship is open to students studying for a career in the legal field. All applicants must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in pre-law, political science, criminal justice, or paralegal studies; or working towards their J.D. in any concentration related to the law. High school students may apply once they have been accepted and enrolled. Applicants must be a citizen or legal resident of the United States. An essay or a video essay must be submitted.
