The Institute for Thermal Processing Specialists - Irving Pflug Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to students studying food science, food engineering, or food microbiology as it relates to food preservation. Applicants must demonstrate commitment in the science of food profession, such as, but not limited to an IFT membership.
