One $2000 scholarship for applicants pursuing an MS degree studying food science, food engineering, or food microbiology as it relates to food preservation at an accredited college or university for the 2019-2020 academic year. Minimum of undergraduate and graduate GPA of 3.0. Must demonstrate commitment in the science of food profession, such as, but not limited to IFT membership.
