The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 280 Scholarship will be awarded to the children or grandchildren of active or retired members of IBEW Local 280, or grandchildren of honorary members, Donna Evans, Sherri Wallman, and Gail Garrett, of IBEW Local 280.
