Description

The IRARC Memorial, Joseph P. Rubino, WA4MMD, Scholarship will be awarded to those with any active Amateur Radio License Class. Applicants may be a resident of Brevard County, Florida, or any Florida resident. Applicants must be pursuing an undergraduate degree or electronic technician certification program at any accredited institution. Preference will be given to those with need and higher GPA. Applicants must submit transcripts which must cover the applicant's entire high school career to date and, if in college, must include all semesters for which grades have been awarded.
