Description

The Jack R. Filanc Scholarship is available to students pursuing a program of study in Construction Engineering and must be an undergraduate-level student. Recipients who are incoming freshmen must be from a San Diego County high school. Students must be enrolled full-time with a minimum of 12 units each semester.
