The Jake McClain Driver KC5WXA Scholarship will be awarded to those with Technical Class License or higher and can provide at least one QSL card received within the past 12 months. Applicants must be residents of Tennessee or ARRL Delta Division (Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee). Eligible fields of study are Electronics, Computers, or Journalism.
