The James A. Stutzman, Sr. Scholarship is available to students who intend to major in business at Shenandoah University. The applicants must be graduates of a local high school, including, but not limited to Clarke County HS, James Wood HS, John Handley HS, Millbrook HS, or Sherando HS.
