The James Bliss and Annette Sward Forestry and Nursing Scholarship was established in 2000 in memory of James Bliss to award annual scholarships to students attending accredited post-secondary schools, pursuing studies in Fire Science, Forestry, Nursing, and/or Paramedic or EMT training.
