The James Bliss and Annette Sward Forestry and Nursing Scholarship, established in 2000 in memory of James Bliss, will be awarded to students pursuing studies in Fire Science, Forestry, Nursing, and/or Paramedic or EMT training. Applicants should demonstrate financial need, and scholastic or vocational ability. This scholarship is open to students at Pacific Grove High School.
