The James R. Wilkins Scholarship is available to students graduating from a local high school, including, but not limited to, Clarke County High School, James Wood High School, John Handley High School, Millbrook High School, or Sherando High School. The applicants must intend to enroll as an undergraduate student at Shenandoah University. Student must be in the top 10 percent of their class based on their high school grade point average.
