The Jamie Parker Memorial Endowed Scholarship is available to Communication Studies or Electronic Media and Film majors. Applicants must demonstrate involvement in community service activities. Preference is to be given to candidates whose community service activities benefit children. Preference will also be given to Maryland State residents.
