The Janey Schmidt Lawrence Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of Janey Schmidt Lawrence, by her parents, Henry and Emily Keidel Schmidt. Smart and artistic, Janey valued education, organization and discipline. Applicants must be a current graduating female of Fredericksburg High School. Selection is based on personal achievement, extracurricular activities, community service, and financial need.
