The Javus B. Fortmann Scholarship is in honor of Javus Fortmann's dedication to a career in education. She was a leader and educator in the public school system for decades and wanted to inspire others to follow her lead in public school administration and education. Applicants must be a graduating high school senior in Arizona. They must pursue Education or Early childhood education in college or university.
