Description

The JCS Newhoff Scholarship is awarded to Jewish residents of the Baltimore metropolitan area who have documented learning disabilities and are pursuing undergraduate study at an accredited U.S. institution. Applicants must have a GPA of 2.8 or higher to be competitive. To be eligible to receive a scholarship, students must plan to attend an accredited college, university, or community college in the upcoming academic year.
