Description

The Jean and Milo Puderbaugh Memorial Scholarship is for graduating seniors of Wallowa County public high schools. Preference will be given to those who will major in Education. Prior recipients may apply-compete annually. Please contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.

Eligibility Requirements
