Description

The Jean Fitzgerald Scholarship is a memorial to Jean Fitzgerald who was a very active participant in the Hawai'i Pacific Tennis Association. Jean felt it was important for young tennis players to pursue higher education in order to augment their tennis skills and be successful in other arenas besides the tennis court. The donor requires the applicants to be an active member of the United States Tennis Association - Hawaii Pacific Tennis Association (USTA-HPTA) for at least 4 years, and have a record as a junior as an active participant in HPTA events.
