The Jessica Dolin Memorial Endowment Scholarship is open to LGBTQ+ or ally student who is an Oregon resident, actively involved in LGBTQ+ rights organization(s), and pursuing a bachelorÔÇÖs or masterÔÇÖs degree. Applicants may submit the following optional materials: academic transcript, resume, letter(s) of recommendation, and writing or art samples.

Eligibility Requirements
