The scholarship will be awarded to a collegiate member of Epsilon Zeta/Mississippi who will pursue an undergraduate degree during the academic year the scholarship is given. Preference will be given to freshmen. If no freshmen qualify, preference will go to sophomores, then juniors, then seniors. If no one qualifies, the scholarship will go to a senior collegiate or alumna member of Epsilon Zeta who will pursue a graduate degree. If still no one qualifies, it will go to a collegiate member of Delta Omicron/Alabama pursuing an undergraduate degree. If needed, the next preference is for a senior collegiate or alumna member of Delta Omicron pursuing a graduate degree. If no one meets any of these criteria, the scholarship will be awarded to any collegiate or alumna member of the Fraternity pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree. To be eligible for Theta Foundation scholarships, you must be a college or alumna member of Kappa Alpha Theta in good standing with the Fraternity.
