The Jimmy and Donna Smith Endowed Scholarship Fund gives preference to students who intend to enroll at Harding University from Van Buren county in Arkansas; specifically, those from Clinton. Any eligible studentsÔÇÖ names will be sent to the family in March of the studentÔÇÖs senior year. Deadlines and applications will be at the discretion of the family.
