The Joe Francis Haircare Scholarship is available to those who must be currently applying for entrance into Cosmetology/Barber School, or those who are actively enrolled in a Cosmetology/Barber program. Students currently enrolled in a cosmetology program and graduating between January 1st and August 31st of the award year are not eligible to apply. Only cosmetology students who graduate anytime after August 31st may apply. High school students must only apply during the final semester of their senior high school year. Applicants must submit two letters of recommendation. The letters of recommendation should come from an employer, instructor, counselor, or someone qualified to offer testimony of the applicant's character.
