Description

The Joe Millsaps Scholarship Fund is open to applicants who are identified as academically superior by members of the clinical psychology faculty. Preference is given to applicants who demonstrate a passion for the US Military with devotion to those who protect freedom. Students may be eligible for nomination by a College of Psychology administrator or faculty member, or they can make an application independently.
